The story
Nobody browses mechanics recreationally. Tony’s customers arrive at his site from a breakdown lane with fifteen percent battery, and they need three things: is he close, is he open, what’s the number.
His site answered all three — eventually, below a hero slider of engine bays that took six seconds to arrive over roadside LTE. The battery-anxiety math is brutal: six seconds is two competitors called first.
Cached and stripped of the slider’s dead weight, the same site now leads with hours, map, and a tap-to-call button that paints in under a second. Tony didn’t change his business. He changed who got reached first.
