The story
When someone searches for a personal-injury lawyer, they open five tabs and start eliminating. Rob’s firm had the best case results in the county and the slowest site in the tab row — and slow reads as sloppy, in a profession where sloppy is disqualifying.
The practice-area pages were long, thorough, and heavy: consultation forms, chat widgets, tracking pixels from three marketing agencies. Every widget was somebody’s good idea; together they were a six-second wait.
Cached and de-bloated, the same pages now load like a verdict. The chat widget still works — it just waits its turn behind the content that wins the client.
