## Book a free expert call

Book here: https://calendly.com/xspeed-cache/book-expert-setup

A working session on your own site, not a demo site, and not a sales pitch:

- Your xSpeed configuration reviewed setting by setting.
- Whatever is bothering you — a stubborn Core Web Vitals score, a cache that will not hold, a checkout you are afraid to cache.
- The fixes ranked, so you know what to do first.
- Your host, theme and plugin list are all fair game.

It is free, and it is open to people who have not bought anything.

## Every way to get help

Ordered by how fast they get you an answer:

| Route | Best for | URL |
|---|---|---|
| Documentation | Every setting the plugin has, written up | https://xspeedcache.com/docs |
| Free speed scan | "Is my site actually slow?" — graded 0–100 in about a minute | https://xspeedcache.com/scan |
| Live chat | A short question during working hours (bubble, bottom right) | https://xspeedcache.com/support |
| Support desk | A written ticket and a written reply; priority queues on paid plans | https://wpdeveloper.com/support/ |
| Community | Site owners running WPDeveloper plugins | https://www.facebook.com/groups/wpdeveloper.net |
| WordPress.org forum | Public support for the free plugin | https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/xspeed/ |

There is no ticket form on xspeedcache.com. Written tickets go to the
WPDeveloper support desk, which reaches the same team.

## Support FAQs

**Do I need a paid plan to get support?**
No. Anyone can use the WordPress.org forum, ask in the community, or open a
ticket at the WPDeveloper desk, and the free expert call is open to
non-customers. A paid plan buys queue position: Personal includes ticket
support, Business and Agency are prioritised, and Enterprise adds onboarding
and a custom SLA.

**I would rather write than talk.**
The chat bubble for anything short; the WPDeveloper support desk for anything
that needs a written thread and a written reply. Both reach the team that
builds the plugin.

**What is the call actually for?**
A working session on your site, not a sales pitch — bring the URL and whatever
is bothering you.

**Something broke right after I enabled a feature.**
Turn that feature back off; nothing xSpeed does is permanent, so the site
recovers immediately. Then purge the cache and say which feature it was — with
that detail we can usually name the conflicting plugin or theme straight away.

**Can my AI assistant debug it with me?**
Yes, and it is often faster. Connect the site over MCP and Claude or ChatGPT
can read live cache status, settings and scan results and change them in plain
language. See https://xspeedcache.com/docs/mcp-server-setup

**Refunds.**
Every paid plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Ask
at the WPDeveloper support desk from the address you bought with.

**Feature requests.**
Chat, community group, or the desk. Describe what you are trying to do rather
than the feature you have in mind.
